The 20 LLC is a nationwide Managed Service Provider (MSP) and MSP growth platform that partners with both general businesses and IT service companies across the country to deliver world-class technology solutions and support.

This position is 100% in-person in Plano, TX, and works Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We're looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help drive an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. In this role, you'll support the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and HR to keep recruitment activities moving efficiently while serving as a key point of contact throughout the hiring journey.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:?

  • Schedule phone screens, interviews, and panels across calendars and time zones
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates on logistics and status updates
  • Post jobs to the careers page and job boards fresh
  • Keep ATS records accurate: stages, feedback, and dispositions
  • Prepare offer letters and start background checks once offers are approved
  • Hand off new hires to the HR Generalist for onboarding
  • Support career fairs, referral program tracking, and recruiting events
  • Pull basic pipeline reports for the TA Manager
  • Follow up with hiring managers regarding candidate feedback and outstanding hiring activities.
  • Conduct preliminary resume reviews to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Prepare internal promotion and employment change letters.
  • Coordinate first-day logistics and new hire welcome activities.
  • Distribute and monitor candidate skills assessments as needed.

Skills & Experience:???

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or an administrative role
  • Highly organized, with strong written communication and calendar management skills
  • ATS experience a plus; comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
