Technical Recruiter 6 Month Contract

You will independently manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles. You will build targeted sourcing campaigns, use AI tools to improve recruiting workflows, partner with leadership using recruiting metrics, create an excellent candidate experience, and negotiate and close time-sensitive hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for engineering roles
• Use AI and agentic coding tools to automate workflows and improve productivity
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns for engineering talent
• Partner with leadership using recruiting data and metrics
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Negotiate and close candidates for critical roles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Evidence of a fast-growth trajectory in agency, in-house, or VC roles
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and other creative channels
• Experience working with technical leaders and closing roles to meet hiring goals
