  • Lead Startup Offers strategy, segmentation, curation, and activation across founder stages and markets, using competitive, performance, and client insights to drive growth.
  • Improve the end-to-end user experience by identifying platform, content, discovery, and conversion opportunities in Startup Offers and beyond.

  • Lead partner negotiations and relationship management in partnership with legal, controls, third-party oversight, product, and other required stakeholders.
  • Establish performance frameworks and executive-ready reporting for partner marketing and value-added services, including engagement, redemptions, lead capture, conversion, partner contribution, and qualitative client and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support Acquisition and Growth Strategy efforts by contributing to annual and quarterly planning, opportunity sizing, audience and journey analysis, campaign hypotheses, and channel or partner test plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading partner, ecosystem, or B2B marketing programs that support business growth.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to evaluate opportunities, prioritize investments, and use performance data to inform recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing external partners and navigating legal, risk, controls, or third-party oversight requirements.
  • Excellent communication and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
