Web Application Engineer
Job description
You will develop and maintain single-page applications, middle-tier services, and SQL Server databases. You will gather and translate user requirements, analyze architecture and performance, troubleshoot issues, write unit and automated tests, follow software quality standards, and support project planning and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain single-page applications using ASP.NET, Vue.js, and Vuetify
- Design, develop, test, and maintain middle-tier applications using C# and .NET
- Implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance web applications
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements
- Analyze software requirements and support architecture and design decisions
- Model, implement, and query Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Analyze application code and data to troubleshoot issues and improve performance
- Develop and execute unit and automated tests
- Apply software quality assurance standards, ITIL practices, and development processes
- Support project planning, documentation, coordination, and delivery
- Evaluate artificial intelligence tools to improve development efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer information systems, or a related technical or scientific field
- At least five years of relational database design and querying experience
