Job description
Salary: £35,000 - 43,000 per year
Requirements
- Enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support
- LAN/WAN experience
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs knowledge
- Switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points experience
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking qualification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi-Fi issues.
- Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
- Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
- Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
- Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless solutions.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
- Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.

This is an office-based role, five days a week, supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across the hospitality sector.
