ContinuumRx, the nation’s leading JV specialty and home infusion therapy expert, is seeking Account Executives - Specialty to add to our Team in the Raleigh area. The Account Executive - Specialty position is an exciting opportunity for those with prior Specialty sales experience or for a clinical pharmacist wanting to use your clinical expertise and specialty knowledge in a client-facing role.
- Oversees all sales performance and activity goals by therapy.
- Serves as an active member of the specialty drugs and therapy sales team and other cross-functional teams to provide a field perspective.
- Develop and improve the sales presentations of the specialty drugs and therapy sales team and lead by example by demonstrating success in creating new business.
- Partners with Operations to build strong relationships with branch management to ensure sales efforts are supported by branch services and sales efforts are aligned with branch capabilities.
- Identifies and creates partnership opportunities with targeted physician group practices.
- Works cross-functionally to develop and implement the Ambulatory Infusion Suite strategy.
- Monitors trends including industry, market, competitor, and sales to develop appropriate sales plans to maximize opportunities and/or address issues.
- Monitors sales team activity to ensure appropriate focus and effort on targeted priority accounts
