Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Wage Range: Hourly $16.00-$18.00
Department: Accounting
Reports To: Assistant Controller
SUMMARY:We are looking for a dependable and professional Accounting Clerk to join our team. The position requires data entry, answering messages, troubleshooting and simple problem solving. The Accounting Clerk shall strive to always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Somnium Culture as well as promoting Oak Brook Hills Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice! The Accounting Clerk would receive training on the following responsibilities at various times when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts Receivable/ Billing
- Accounts Payable
- General Cashier
- Income Audit
- Answer guest inquiries and disputes

- 8 Hour Shift
- Day Shift
- Monday through Friday

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
