Our firm is a full-service public accounting firm that provides quality, personalized financial guidance to high net worth individuals and small to medium size businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax preparation and accounting services to more in-depth niche services such as compilations, Trust accounting/taxes and business advisory and consulting.

Due to continued growth and recent acquisitions, we are currently seeking a motivated self-starter. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of recent public accounting experience; however, we will consider all levels of experience. Working directly with our large and diverse client base, you will review and prepare business and individual tax returns including partnership and trust & estate returns; use QuickBooks and in house software to compile, process, and analyze financial information; provide leadership to staff members and develop and cultivate professional client relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting or Finance (or significant progress toward degree)
• 2+ years of recent public accounting tax experience progressing in scope and responsibility
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and related financial statements
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, supervisory, client service and PC skills including accounting software (QuickBooks and/or Drake Tax software proficiency are a plus)

Preferred:

• CPA license or EA designation
• QuickBooks experience
• Drake-Tax software experience
• 5+ years of recent accounting and/or tax experience progressing in scope and responsibility
