Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bi-lingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our office operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer support.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, report generation, and correspondence management.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, particularly in administrative or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems effectively.
