Administrative Coordinator for Financial Services
Experienced Financial Services Advisors are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Financial Services in their Southborough, MA office. This will be a Full– time, in person position during normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Qualifications include exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a professional and friendly phone presence, solid organizational skills, detail oriented and an ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Client Relationship Management (CRM) applications are necessary.
As a member of the team, your duties would include:
· Managing phone calls, email and correspondence
· Maintaining records and files
· Scheduling meetings and events
· Ensuring client satisfaction
· Preparing and processing application paperwork
Financial service experience is preferred.
