We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Data Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, entering, and maintaining data accurately while providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The successful applicant will work closely with various departments to gather information, process documents, and assist in various clerical tasks.


Responsibilities


  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by compiling data and information.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff and clients as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection protocols.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Yukon, Oklahoma, US))
