The Role
We are searching for an Analyst, Brokerage Operations, to support data-driven decision making by gathering, interpreting, and presenting insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert whose duties are most complex in nature. Work will include daily support tasks such as managing transactions, daily reconciliation, etc. for Mutual Fund Trading. Conduct analysis to help understand trends, create solutions, improve processes and enhance systems as it is related to the Mutual Fund Order Room.

- Assist in systems testing as it related to initiatives, enhancements and new business functionality
- Process of daily rejected trade orders
- Responsible for complicated trading issues
- Continue to stay abreast of trading issues and trends. You should expect to work toward becoming functional SME for trading
- May assist management in supervision and work delegation.
The Skills & Expertise That You Bring
- 3-5 years Mutual Fund experience with a focus on Mutual Fund Trading preferred
- Overall Mutual Fund operations knowledge as it pertains to trading and corrections as well as reconciliation
- You should possess project management and problem resolution skills
- Solid decision-making skills
- Flexible and Adaptable Methodology knowledge preferred
- Project Management skills
- Analytical skills

The Team
The Non-Fidelity Mutual Fund Order Room Team is responsible for the daily operations, settlement, reconciliation, and exception processing related to mutual fund trades processed through the National Securities Clearing Corporation. This includes coordination with fund companies, transfer agents, custodians, clients, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$87,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
