Sukar & Sons, a Cricket Wireless authorized retailer, is looking for a sales advocate. At Cricket, your job is to represent the company and assist customers with a variety of topics.
Duties:
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Service existing accounts and establish new ones
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Be knowledgeable about our products, including Apple and Android devices
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Promote company deals
- Maintain the store
- Comply with all company policies and procedures

About you:
- Some experience in either customer service or sales (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
