Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for a wide variety of public and private clients within the transportation engineering, construction, and inspection industries, including, but not limited to:

- State, County, and Local Agencies
- Federal Government
- Private Companies and Individuals
- Assist in the preparation of proposals for new projects and pursuits
- Aid office staff with miscellaneous administrative functions
- Review contracts to ensure all items are correct
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in invoicing public and private clients within the transportation engineering, construction engineering, and inspection industries is preferred
- Familiarity with West Virginia Division of Highways policies
- Experience with cost plus fixed fee, lump sum, loaded rate/timecard billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat software
- Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint operating system is preferred
- Understanding of contract language and the ability to ensure accuracy
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
- Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
