About Echo Casino Party:
Echo Casino Party specializes in blackjack tournament parties for corporate events, private parties, and special gatherings. We bring the fun and excitement of a casino directly to our clients, offering a high-energy experience for guests to compete for prizes — all in a fun, pressure-free environment (no real money nor actual gambling involved).
We are looking to build a dealer roster. Jobs are offered based on location and availability. Urgent need for Maple Grove. MN Tuesday, August 5th.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deal blackjack using Echo Casino Party rules (training provided if needed).
- Keep the game fun, lively, and engaging for guests.
- Interact with players, explain rules as needed, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with tournament flow, including tracking chip counts and helping players understand the format.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
Requirements:
✅ Experience dealing blackjack preferred. Must have an understanding of Blackjack Rules
✅ Outgoing, friendly personality — this is entertainment as much as dealing!
✅ Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
✅ Must be punctual and comfortable working in front of groups.
✅ Must be 18+.
