We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your primary focus will be on warm calling and outbound calling to promote our technology solutions, fostering relationships that lead to successful sales conversions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, particularly in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls and outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and create strategies for outreach.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress towards business development goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our software solutions and sales techniques.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong skills in warm calling, outbound calling, and technical sales methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn about technology sales and business development strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
