Patient Coordinator – Meridian Cosmetic
Overview
Meridian Cosmetic seeks an experienced Patient Coordinator with a proven track record in the cosmetic and aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in cosmetic patient coordination, outstanding sales abilities, a history of assisting in cosmetic procedures, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all cosmetic patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience at every touchpoint.
- Book and coordinate appointments, including consultations, follow-ups, and procedures, ensuring optimal scheduling and patient flow.
- Assist the doctor directly during cosmetic procedures as needed, including preparing procedure rooms, supporting patient comfort, and facilitating smooth operations.
- Present treatment proposals with clarity and confidence, educating patients about procedures, pre-op and post-op requirements, and the benefits unique to Meridian Cosmetic.
- Develop comprehensive, customized proposals and treatment plans; guide patients through financial options and payment plans.
- Use advanced sales techniques to present, negotiate, and close proposals, consistently meeting targets for conversion of consultations to procedures.
- Follow up with prospective clients through all stages of the decision-making process to maximize conversion rates and build lasting patient relationships.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records in EMR and CRM systems; track patient inquiries, consultations, and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional continuity of care and communication before, during, and after procedures.
- Support front desk tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and providing general administrative assistance as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cosmetic patient coordination or a similar role within an aesthetic, cosmetic, or dermatology environment (required).
- Demonstrated sales experience, especially in achieving and exceeding closure/conversion targets for high-value procedures.
- Hands-on experience assisting doctors in cosmetic procedures and patient care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling, EMR, CRM, and office productivity tools, especially Microsoft Office.
- Highly polished, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for patient care and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required.
