Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and ensure service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and resolve issues effectively.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Experience with entering data and looking up data within an ERP system.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
