Our firm is a sales and enrollment company that specializes in customer engagement and wireless services. We are searching for a Customer Outreach Representative to work with our customers and enroll them in new services that can improve their connections and wireless access. The Customer Outreach Representative will work to expand our customer base, deliver quality service, and drive measurable results.
This Customer Outreach Representative role focuses on working with customers to provide superior experiences, actively listening and empathizing to understand their needs, and connecting them with tailored wireless solutions. Customer Outreach Representative Responsibilities:
- Work with customers during outreach initiatives to identify needs and recommend service options that provide value.
- Enroll customers in wireless services that make sense to them, having tailored solutions
- Deliver personalized information based on any questions they have
- Follow all enrollment procedures and qualifications for wireless devices
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits to customers
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve improved skills within the role
- Contribute to overall company success by identifying new opportunities and supporting business growth initiatives.
Customer Outreach Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, enrollment roles or similar is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction.
