We are seeking a self-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales on core accounts and visiting prospects, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer experience. This is a salaried position with a solid base salary and unlimited commission potential.

Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime only.
Salary: $19-21 per hour + commission
Responsibilities
- Visit existing and prospective customers in the greater San Antonio area (~25-40% travel)
- Resolve customer issues in a customer obsessed way
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of all items sold by company
- Meet activity goals: Order processing accuracy, Inbound/outbound activity
- Meet or exceed sales growth targets
Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, projecting customer needs over the phone
- Negotiation and de-escalation skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Spanish
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid Texas drivers license
