Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Hazelwood, MO is looking for an energetic professional to help protect customers. You will help our office cater and develop client relationships by engaging in conversations, listening to what's important to customers and helping others protect some of the most valuable assets in their lives.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
- Answering calls and helping customers with their inquiries.
- Listening to customers and recommending options that best fits them.
- Assisting customers on their claims.
- Answering billing questions.
- Transferring calls to other team members.
- Calling customers that need assistance or have requirements needed to maintain coverage.

Compensation: $38,000 - $50,000
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
