Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for documentation and reporting.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
Skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in sales or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Typing proficiency for data entry tasks.
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
