Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and account information.
  • Provide accurate information about our health and wellness products, including nutritional supplements, fitness equipment, and wellness programs.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner, utilizing problem-solving skills to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide informed recommendations and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and health and wellness.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health and wellness or customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness trends.

The pay range for this role is:
