Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and account information.
- Provide accurate information about our health and wellness products, including nutritional supplements, fitness equipment, and wellness programs.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner, utilizing problem-solving skills to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide informed recommendations and support.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and health and wellness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health and wellness or customer service preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness trends.
