Job Title: Operations Technician – (Arizona Residents Only)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Operations Technician to join our radiology support team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating radiology orders and imaging. Key duties include handling both inbound and outbound communication with healthcare providers to facilitate accurate and timely exam processing, maintaining accurate order documentation, and ensuring all required information is available for the radiologist to review. This position plays a vital role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient radiology services.
Responsibilities
- Process and monitor incoming radiology orders
- Initiate outbound calls to obtain missing data or images
- Promptly communicate critical test results to healthcare providers
- Manage inbound calls, including report escalation requests, call routing, and radiologist consultations
- Accurately document and troubleshoot issues within internal systems
- Respond to customer support inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Prior experience in a medical office or call center environment preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven work ethic
- Comfortable using multiple software platforms and navigating various systems
- Reliable internet connection for remote work is required
