We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Filing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into various computer systems and databases.- Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are organized and easily retrievable.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data and filing as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate data sharing and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.- Proven experience in data entry, filing, or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is an advantage.
The pay range for this role is:
28 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Morgantown, West Virginia, US))
