Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving online engagement and conversions. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and e-commerce platforms.
To be a good fit for this job you should:
- have experience running successful digital marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, and other social media platforms.
- be proficient at graphic design to develop ad creatives
- communicate effectively with customers to facilitate sales through advertising
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Manage and optimize content across various platforms, including search, paid social media, email, and organic social media
- Create engaging content for social media channels, enhancing community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to enhance online shopping experiences and drive sales through targeted promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency creating graphic design with strong portfolio showcasing past work
- Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and best practices for online sales optimization.
- Strong skills in social media management, including content planning, scheduling, and analytics.
- Understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles and performance marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
