DON (Director of Nursing)
Salary Range: $45.00 - $51.00 + bonus based off of quality measures + budget.
Sign-On Bonus: up to $5,000!
Schedule: Mostly M-F, 8a-4/5p. On call during the week and weekend call rotation.

Reporting Structure
As Director of Nursing, you will report directly to our Administrator, who brings over 20 years of leadership experience. With an open-door policy and a commitment to continuous improvement, our Administrator fosters a collaborative environment — always ready to listen to new ideas, provide guidance, and help troubleshoot challenges. What you will do?
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing services and staff scheduling.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff.
Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
Current RN license (Iowa).
Prior leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care.
