We are hiring a Director of Operations to lead a multi-disciplinary team through a fast-moving, high-visibility launch. This is a sprint-oriented leadership role, overseeing approximately 25 people across marketing, creative, content, partnerships, and product.
You’ll be responsible for aligning strategy with execution on a daily basis. That means holding morning check-ins and keeping pace with a rapidly evolving campaign rollout.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations across teams including marketing, influencer outreach, production, and brand
- Own project planning, timeline alignment, and cross-functional accountability
- Coordinate deliverables from producers, publicists, strategists, and content leads
- Ensure leadership goals are clearly communicated, tracked, and delivered
- Serve as the connective tissue across vision, execution, and team dynamics
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of senior operations, program management, or production experience
- Familiarity with modern consumer technology, product launches, and digital-first growth strategies
- Strong background coordinating across influencer campaigns, brand marketing, and creative workflows
- Calm, structured, and fast, you’re able to lead a team through sprint mode with clarity and energy
- Confident managing up, across, and through, able to unify a team with different disciplines and voices
