**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our [CEO/President/Executive Team]. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, arrange meetings and travel, communicate on behalf of the executive team, and coordinate various projects. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good problem solver, and exhibits strong organizational and communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle executive correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
- Assist in project coordination and tracking, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update administrative systems and databases. Maintain and update the finance information.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Finance and accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
