I need someone who quarterbacks deals, systemizes and simplifies operations, and solves problems with a smile.
As CEO, I’m the bottleneck, wearing all hats: admin, marketing, automations, meetings, raising capital for 7 & 8-figure deals, and leading a team sprinting full speed ahead.
But deals don’t wait.
In just 68 days, our team has gone from zero to 2-4 funding requests a day.
And soon? We’ll be at 30-60+ requests per week.
Deals are coming in fast.
Borrowers want answers. Are deals approved, rejected, or need tweaks?
Contracts may need to be revised, title vetted, and most importantly, capital protected without slowing down.
If we don’t have a world class coordinator leading these deals, everything slows, trust is lost with borrowers, or worst of all, money can be lost.

You may come from backgrounds like:
- Transaction Coordination (real estate, wholesale, title/escrow)
- Loan Processing / Funding Coordination
- Private Equity / Venture Capital
- Client Success / Startup Operations
We specialize in funding:
- Seller carrybacks (Morby / Stack Method)
- Earnest Money Deposits (EMD)
- Double closings
- Liquidity sponsorships
Compensation: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Strong potential to earn high five- to six figure income based on transaction volume and deal sizes
- Very competitive, commission based pay tied directly to each closed deal

A SMALL glimpse of how your day will look:
- Jump on a call with the borrower within 10 minutes of a funding request
- Work Saturdays if borrowers need you
- Review contracts to confirm deal security with protective clauses
- Adjust deal structures to enable funding
- Execute contracts with all parties involved
- Coordinate with title/escrow to enforce disbursement instructions
- Track key dates and keep everyone updated via Go High Level CRM
- Monitor risks and trigger recovery if deals get off track
- Close deals cleanly: capital, fees, files, and partners all handled
- Use tech and AI to amplify your processes and productivity
