Are you a driven leader with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team of door-to-door sales reps selling fiber internet services.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of independent field sales representatives.
- Lead from the front by demonstrating sales techniques and closing deals in the field.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and hold the team accountable.
- Manage turf, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Motivate reps through contests, bonuses, and recognition programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in door-to-door or outside sales.
- Prior experience leading or managing a sales team (preferred).
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
