This position will be responsible for assisting the Financial Compliance Monitoring and US Transparency Reporting department in supporting the execution of the compliance monitoring program and the accurate reporting of data for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs)
The financial analyst will assist in investigating, documenting, and reporting potential compliance observations with the sales reps for meal expenses with HCPs in Concur CTE (expense reporting system).
Qualifications
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree
Proficient Excel skills required
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Tools & Systems
Primary Systems Used:
CTE (Concur) – Expense reporting
Viva – Speaker program reporting
Excel (Intermediate level required)
Nice to have
Experience with expense reporting systems, especially Concur (CTE)
Exposure to financial compliance or internal audit
Background in pharma/biotech
Familiarity with HCP/HCO data handling
