Position Overview: The Franchise Development Coordinator supports the Franchise Development team by managing lead flow, maintaining broker relationships, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth communication and process execution between candidates, brokers, and internal teams. This role is pivotal in driving franchise growth through efficient operations, organized systems, and exceptional candidate and broker experiences.
Lead & Broker Management
Manage and update broker portals (TES, IFPG, FranServe, FranNet, FranChoice) with available territories, collateral, and brand information.
Handle daily “territory check” requests and provide maps or availability updates.
Add leads for developers into CRM systems and track lead progress.
Coordinate broker email campaigns and content updates.
Candidate Coordination
Send and track franchise agreement milestones, onboarding communications, and welcome call scheduling.
Maintain onboarding sheets and ensure all candidate data is accurate and up to date.
Support Meet The Team Day (MTD) coordination, including agenda creation, scheduling, and logistics.
Event & Travel Coordination
Organize developer travel for broker conferences, MTDs, and networking events.
Plan special broker dinners, networking events, and conference activities.
Marketing & Collateral Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to update and distribute brand packets, presentations, and campaign materials.
Coordinate drip email campaigns for brokers and organic leads across all brands.
Systems & Process Management
Maintain and update shared resources, SOPs, and internal tools for the Franchise Development team.
Assist in onboarding new team members by providing role-specific training and documentation.
Track and manage state registration updates in brand dashboards.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and shared resource systems.
Event planning and coordination experience preferred.
Prior experience in franchising, marketing, or sales coordination is a plus.
