Well-established Ophthalmology medical eye clinic in East Oahu seeking Front Desk staff member to manage all aspects of the front desk. Responsibilities include checking in/out patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, calling in medications, arranging medical testing (i.e. lab work, imaging), and following-up with referrals. Traits of new staff must include great customer service, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, communicate well, organizational skills, ability to follow-through, and be a team player.
Clinic located within a community setting and provides the area with exceptional eye care. Our patients are the best and we strive to be the best! Location is easy with free parking and located next to great eateries.
Staff member becomes part of the “Ohana.” Job will be fast-paced and rewarding. Prior experience in medical front desk is a plus but willing to train the right person.
