Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette when answering calls, ensuring all communications are professional and courteous.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Address any guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the hotel’s operational needs.
