What You’ll Do as Our Front Desk Coordinator
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage calls, emails, and walk-ins—turning inquiries into booked appointments.
- Schedule and optimize therapist calendars for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records with strict confidentiality.
- Process payments, verify insurance, and coordinate billing questions.
- Follow up with patients to encourage rebooking and continued care.
- Track and report key clinic performance metrics weekly.
- Support therapists by coordinating patient flow and managing supplies.
- Contribute to improving systems, workflows, and patient experience.
Skills & Qualifications That Make You a Great Fit
- Clear, confident, and kind communicator—both in person and over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn EMR/clinic software.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in managing records, scheduling, and payments.
- Problem-solver with a growth mindset, eager to improve systems and processes.
- Proven experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a similar front-facing role (medical receptionist experience a plus).
- Professional, compassionate, and motivated to make each patient feel welcomed and cared for.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $26.48 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
