*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, medical scheduling, and knowledge of medical coding systems. *Responsibilities* - Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule appointments using medical scheduling software - Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Verify insurance information and collect co-pays - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly - Assist with medical coding and billing tasks as needed *Experience* - Proficiency in Athenahealth, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar medical software - Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system - Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus - Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not required
