We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing the front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide information about services offered and assist clients with inquiries.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
Skills
- Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer support abilities with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or clerk is a plus but not required.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
