Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and products.
- Upsell services or retail products to enhance the client’s experience.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and nail technicians.
- Appointments & Scheduling
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments accurately.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain appointment logs and client records.
- Front Desk & Retail Area
- Operate the cash register and process payments with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and display areas.
- Stock and replenish retail products as needed.
- Spa Cleanliness & Support
- Assist with disinfection procedures for pedicure chairs and tools, following health and safety guidelines.
- Wash, dry, and fold towels regularly to support spa operations.
- Ensure overall tidiness and professional appearance of the spa.
- Administrative Duties
- Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks as assigned.
- Support the spa team with general administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a spa environment preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable with scheduling software and handling financial transactions.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
