Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with prospective clients over the phone, managing hot leads, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating and maintaining two simultaneous schedules for two spa locations.
- Organizing daily work assignments for staff and ensuring smooth transitions at the end of each day.
- Providing exceptional service by escorting patients from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Documenting patient details and monitoring account activities accurately.
- Bonus: Candidates with a background in social media and marketing for media promotion will have an advantage.
