Psomas is seeking a talented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our Talent Management Team in Roseville, Los Angeles, or Orange County. This position offers hybrid flexibility, with team members working three days per week in the office.


Reporting the VP of Talent Management, you'll lead full cycle recruitment across a variety of technical and corporate roles while also driving strategic sourcing efforts. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, help shape our employer brand, and play a key role in attracting the next generation of talent to Psomas.


About being our Recruiter - Full Cycle with Sourcing Focus

This is not your typical recruiting role. It's ideal for someone who understands the nuances of the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry (or who is eager to learn), loves to problem-solve, and wants to make a real impact on hiring outcomes. We're looking for a proactive and creative recruiter who knows how to source smart, move fast, and elevate the candidate experience at every step.


Responsibility Highlights for our Recruiter

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts from job posting to offer acceptance across multiple departments
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver quality candidates quickly
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive candidates
  • Conduct focused, engaging phone screens to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate, organized candidate data within our ATS (Deltek Talent Management)
  • Drive or support special projects that enhance employer branding, DEI initiatives, or recruitment operations

Minimum Qualifications to be our Recruiter

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in-house, within the AEC or consulting industry
  • Strong sourcing experience and a passion for engaging passive candidates
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search tools)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple roles and priorities

Preferred Qualifications to be our Recruiter

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for identifying specialized talent

  • A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000/salary depending on experience
    Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates
