Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the facility
- Maintain a strong security presence to deter unauthorized activity
- Provide basic directions and assist visitors when needed
- Stay within assigned post and maintain full awareness of surroundings
- Report safety issues, incidents, or suspicious behavior immediately
- Use two-way radio to communicate and follow all site-specific instructions
Valid Arizona unarmed guard card (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Neat, professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay alert and on-foot during entire shift
- Previous security experience preferred but not required
This is a non-patrol, stationary post
- Shade or cover is provided for outdoor assignments
- On-site training and orientation provided prior to starting
