Key Responsibilities:
Quickbooks, record keeping & invoicing
Help with day-to-day office operations
Handle phone and email communications
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for appointments
Maintain filing systems and office supplies
Provide support to management and staff
Advertise the company through various media sources
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency with a computer
Positive energy
HouseCall Pro experience a plus but not necessary
