Afternoon/evening coverage needed. Saturday morning and early morning availability for potential sub coverage, not necessary though.

- Deliver a consistent product of excellence to members and guests
- Warm up classes, explain workout format, including demonstrations, progressions and regressions of each exercise
- Supervise and teach technique, provide variations, motivate and encourage clients during workout session
- Lead cool down of various stretches
- Promote and advocate Iron Bond Fitness brand and establish strong relationships to grow client base
