Front Desk Clerk
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional guest service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with guest check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
Skills:
- Previous experience in front desk or guest services role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for hotel management
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
