Job Description
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Human Resource professional with experience in Employee Relations for a long term contract. Work will be hybrid between remote and downtown Phoenix, AZ. Hours will be M – F, 8 – 5. Pay is $35 - $38/hr.
Candidate will be providing HR support to employees and managers, as well as conducting ER investigations. Candidate will train, coach, and support people managers. Will monitor employer-employee relations, resolve workplace disputes, and conduct formal investigations into complaints. Candidate will administer employee leaves, draft personnel policies, respond to requests for policy interpretation, and remain current on laws and regulations. Candidate must have four years human resource experience as well as experience specifically in employee relations. Preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with LEAN/Six Sigma, and/or SPHR or similar HR certification.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, and be able to pass relevant background and fingerprint checks.
