Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing support to the HR Operations Team. This includes working with the Head of HR Operations to determine best practices and finding efficiencies in all HR channels including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Cycle, Performance Management and Learning and Development
- Coordinate the onboarding process by organizing employee orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Support employee evaluation processes by collecting and analyzing performance data.
- Utilize spreadsheets and organizational systems for efficient data management and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Participate in the development of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes using recruitment management tools like Lever.
Requirements
- Mandarin speaking is preferred for this role.
- Prior experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in process improvement and operational HR functions
- Proficiency in office computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Doc, Lark, etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Lark.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
