We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

• Assist in administering employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, leaves, etc.)

• Process payroll and resolve related issues

• Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies

• Assist in performance review tracking and documentation

• Participate in HR projects to enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency

• Generate and maintain HR-related reports and records

Location Requirement:
