Job Summary
Supreme Cuisine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our organizational culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor law, talent acquisition, and human capital management. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage conflict, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals and comply with FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by utilizing effective sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Manage employee orientation and training programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Conduct employee evaluations and develop performance management strategies that support career development and succession planning.
- Foster strong employee relations through effective communication skills and conflict management techniques.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning initiatives that promote organizational effectiveness and process improvement.
- Manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy in data collection and compliance with applicable laws.
- Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management, organization design, and program management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, workers' compensation, OSHA regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis skills for informed decision-making related to HR metrics.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems (Paycom beneficial).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Manufacturing environment experience beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
