We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. Duties
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA regulations.
- Support human resources management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee evaluation processes.
- Participate in organization design efforts to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate conflict management resolutions and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking employee data and managing HR-related projects.
- Aid in performance management initiatives by coordinating performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with team members on various project management tasks to enhance HR operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
Experience
- Previous experience in human resources or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with human capital management principles and practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using HR software tools; experience with Salesforce is desirable but not required.
